Vinny Gorgeous Is Toast; Joe
Massino Ready To Burn Vinny TV

Vincent BadalamentiLast year’s target for Mafia-boss-turned-government-informant Joseph Massino was Vinny Gorgeous. In the coming months, Massino will be back for an encore. His target this time? Vinny TV. Is it just me, or is the docket in Brooklyn federal court starting to sound like a soap opera schedule? If so, there will be plenty of material for future scripts. Vincent Badalamenti is also Mafia royalty: He is the successor to the Bonanno throne that Massino officially abdicated seven years ago when he was exposed as a stool pigeon who switched sides rather than fight murder charges that carried the death penalty. The burly Massino will lead a parade of five Bonanno and Colombo crime family turncoats likely to take the stand against the accused acting boss and four cohorts, Gang Land has learned.

Massino, Prosecutor Agreed
On One Thing: 'Let's Go Mets!'

Regardless of how intriguing the courtroom trial of Vinny TV and pals is, its climax can never compare with the finish of Massino’s 1986 racketeering case. It began in April, a week after the baseball season began. It ended on the last day of the season, on October 15, when the amazing NY Mets, on their way to a miracle World Series triumph in Game Seven over the Boston Red Sox, won the National League pennant by beating the Houston Astros 7-6 in a four-hour and 42 minute-long, 16-inning game at about 8 PM, when Jesse Orosco struck out the final Astro batter with the tying run in scoring position at second base.

Mob Wives Bit Player Leads
DEA Agents To Vinny TV

Hector PaganThe FBI has flipped four of the five mob defectors in the racketeering case against Vinny TV, including the Big Kahuna turncoat – Joe Massino. But a special group of DEA agents who control a minor player in the soap opera-like reality TV show Mob Wives, mob turncoat Hector (Junior) Pagan, has led the way in the case against the acting Bonanno boss.
